Hi there!
I bought a t-shirt the other day that has an eco-political message on it. Let’s see if you can read it on the webcam shot I took…
The lighting isn’t great but I think you can make out the message: “NATURE FOREVER – POLLUTION FOR NEVER”
Not bad for a commercial effort. And I bought it in France, so it’s English in France as well. Well, you can never tell what’s going to happen next, right? The only problem with it, as far as I can see, is that the label that says it’s made of “100% cotton” is plastic and the ink comes off on your fingers!
Who knows what will come next? Well, I can tell you what came before. I’m in Bulgaria for a few weeks, and the weather has been rotten (as in most of the eastern Mediterranean area – global warming?) . Two days ago, I was working away on my laptop in an apartment building, when all of a sudden, there was a lightning strike that (I think) hit the top of the building. The building is 18 stories and we’re on the 12th, so I’m not certain. What I am certain about is that it fried the Ethernet card in my laptop! I’m working on my business partner’s desktop PC – with a dual-language system and keyboard (Bulgarian and English). That’s a challenge! And the English part of the keyboard is (of course) different from my Swiss German layout. If some of what I write here looks strange, at least there’s a reason this time! :-D
Ciao for now,
